1. What does registering with Ability Concepts allow me to do?

A registration with Ability Concepts allows you to access the Members area of our web site. From there you are able to browse our online catalogue of products and prices, and place orders.

2. How do I register with Ability Concepts?

To apply for a Registration, you must fill out the online registration form. You will then be contacted directly by e-mail to inform you that your registration has been processed, and to give you your login information. Note that the online registration form is accessible at the top of the page, or click here.

How do I place an order with Ability Concepts?

To place an order from our web site, you must have completed the following:

1. Registered online with us. If you have not registered yet, please go here.

2. Received e-mail notification from us informing you that we have received your registration.

3. Received a phone call from us to activate your account.

4. Can I order non-stock items for my clients?

Yes, you can order non-stock items.  However, a restocking fee may be applied depending on the product involved

Can I Rent-To-Own any of the products?

Yes, we have a Rent-to-Own policy for our rental products.  Should you decide to buy your product, 80% of your total rental fees will go towards the purchase price.  Once your rental fees reach 120% of the selling price, the product is automatically yours to own.

Do you carry bariatric sized products?

Yes, certain products do come in bariatric sizes, but not all.  Please call us for additional details.

Do you service your mobility products (power and manual wheelchairs, rollators, walkers, scooters)?

Yes, we have an in-house technical servicing department to meet all your servicing and warranty needs

Can items be trialed prior to purchase?

Depending on the product, clients may have the opportunity to trial the items prior to purchase.  Please call us for additional details

9. What if I forget my password?

Your password is only known by you.  Even we don’t keep it on record.  Therefore, if you do end up forgetting your password, please either call us at 416.423.3336 or e-mail us at info@abilityconcepts.ca so that we can assist in your resetting of your password.

10. What if I forget my Log-in Name?

Please call 416-423-3336 or e-mail us at info@abilityconcepts.ca and we will forward your Log-in Name to you.
